Shipping and delivery, refund and returns policy
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Our products are distributed from 3 warehouses, in Canada, the USA and China. It is very likely that depending on your selection of products during your purchase you will not receive your order all at the same time. Orders from Canada warehouse are shipped on business days only from Monday to Thursday. The processing time for your order is from 1 to 3 business days. If the period is extended, we will contact you to inform you. For the USA and China warehouse the preparation and delivery can take up to 3 weeks, (2 months for snowboards because they are handmade on demand). Preparation time includes the time it takes to validate the order and the time it takes to prepare the package. Please be patient, our employees are doing everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly.
- Free Canadian shipping on orders over $150.
- Canadian orders under $150 will be charged depending on your carrier selection and location.
- Outside Canada will be charged depending on your carrier selection and location.
- Colorblind Skateboards store makes no guarantee on the delivery estimates listed here.
- Orders valued over $100 will require a signature for delivery.
- Taxes/Duties: All orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes.
- Rural shipping locations may experience extended transit times.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

- We guarantee all merchandise purchased through colorblindskateboards.com
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a refund.
- Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
- No refunds after 15 days.
To return an item purchased through colorblindskateboards.com
- Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
- Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.
- Label the package with the following address and ship via carrier of your choice.
